Sets a date-time value as

Notes
- The date-time value is set as a
Stringmessage property.- The procedure writes
valueas aDATETIME-TZvalue, adding default time zone information. The format of theDATETIME-TZvalue is a subset of the ISO8601 format.- If the message might be consumed by a non-4GL application in a different time zone from that of the sending application, the 4GL programmer must ensure that the receiving application can interpret the value correctly. 4GL applications that receive the message correctly interpret the
DATETIME-TZvalue.- An error is returned if the Unknown value (
?) is specified.See also
